Tahoe Food Hub brings the farm to you in their Pitchfork & the Pan Pop-Up Dinners. Chef and farmer work together to grow and prepare a 4-course meal filled with seasonal produce and proteins. Come meet the farmers who grow our food, hear their story and celebrate in the harvest! Each dinner is at a unique location in Truckee from wilderness settings to lake shore beaches. Guests will enjoy music by local artists and two glasses of wine (additional wine available for purchase) and beer. It will be an intimate dining experience with capacity for 55-65 people per dinner.
