Carolines Coffee is an old school coffee roaster. They consider roasting an art, not a science, and they use experience instead of computers to guarantee their consistency. Roasting five days a week, the bulk of the roasting is done on their Diedrich IR24, which was bought in 1998.
Currently they roast anywhere from 10-12,000 pounds a month. The business has become more local as they’ve grown, and you can find them in ten grocery stores within a forty mile radius, and over a hundred different other businesses: restaurants, offices, hotels, and schools.
In addition to coffee drinks and bulk coffee for purchase, they offer light entrees and baked goods prepared fresh daily.
